These Terms apply to the Context website and early-access product. Context is operated by Ter Tech Ltda. By using the website or requesting early access, you agree to use Context only for lawful business purposes.
Early access
Context is currently offered as an early-access product. Features, availability, integrations, retention settings, and pricing may change as the product is developed with customer feedback.
Product scope
Context is an incident evidence assistant. It is not an observability platform, incident-management system, or autonomous remediation tool. Context is designed to gather read-only evidence, summarize findings, and link responders back to source systems for verification.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when requesting early access;
- Use appropriate internal approvals before connecting production systems;
- Configure integrations and permissions according to your security requirements;
- Verify investigation findings before making operational decisions.
Third-party services
Context may connect to services such as Slack, AWS, and GitHub when you authorize those integrations. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
No production control
Context is designed around read-only investigation workflows. It does not roll back deploys, restart services, change AWS resources, or execute remediation steps on your behalf.
Disclaimers
Early-access software is provided without uptime commitments unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Context may summarize evidence incorrectly or incompletely, and engineers remain responsible for diagnosis, verification, and remediation decisions.
